Privacy
This policy explains what information Emmerai collects, how it is used and the choices available to you. Emmerai is a platform for marketing and creative teams to think through projects and produce the documents that come out of them, and the information described here is what the product needs in order to do that.
When you create an account, Emmerai collects the details needed to identify and contact you, such as your name, email address and any workspace or organization information you supply.
As you use the product, Emmerai stores the content you create and the material you bring: the conversations you have with Emmerai, the project descriptions and decisions you record, the documents Emmerai generates for you, and any files you upload as reference material.
Emmerai records limited technical information necessary to operate the service, including account activity, session information and records of actions taken within a workspace, such as when a document was generated or a version was created.
Information is used to provide the service: to maintain your account and workspace, to carry your project context forward as you work, to generate the documents you ask for, to keep a version history of that work, and to respond to you when you contact us.
It is also used to operate and improve the platform, to keep it secure and available, and to meet legal obligations that apply to us.
Emmerai uses artificial intelligence to help you work through a project and to draft the documents you request. To do that, the relevant content from your project is sent to the AI systems that power those features and processed in order to return a result to you.
Emmerai does not use your project content to train publicly available AI models.
Emmerai does not sell your personal information.
Information is shared with service providers that operate parts of the platform on our behalf, and only to the extent needed for them to perform that work. It may also be shared where required by law, or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case we will take reasonable steps to ensure this policy continues to apply.
Where you invite other people into a workspace, the project information in that workspace is visible to them. That sharing is controlled by you, not by us.
You can review and update your account information from within the product. You can delete projects and the material inside them.
If you would like to access, correct or delete your personal information, or have a question about how it is handled, contact us at info@emmerai.com and we will respond.
Emmerai keeps your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service. When information is no longer needed for those purposes, it is deleted or retained only where we are required to keep it.
Emmerai uses access controls and authenticated accounts designed to keep workspace information available only to the people entitled to see it. More detail is on our Security page.
This policy may be updated as the product develops. When it changes in a way that materially affects how your information is handled, we will make the updated policy available here.
