Terms
These terms apply to your use of Emmerai. They describe what the service does, what you are responsible for, and the basis on which it is provided. By creating an account or using Emmerai, you agree to them.
Emmerai is a platform for marketing and creative teams to work through a project and produce the documents that come out of it, including creative briefs, RFPs, scopes of work and production playbooks. Emmerai is a tool that supports your work. It does not replace your own professional judgment, and the decisions you make using it remain yours.
You need an account to use Emmerai. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your credentials secure, and for activity that takes place under your account.
If you use Emmerai on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to do so and that these terms apply to that organization.
The project information, files and materials you bring to Emmerai, and the documents Emmerai produces for you, are yours. Emmerai claims no ownership of them.
You give Emmerai permission to store, process and display that content to the extent needed to provide the service to you, including sending the relevant parts to the AI systems that power the product's features. That permission exists so the product can work and for no other purpose.
You are responsible for the material you bring to Emmerai. You confirm that you have the right to use and upload it, and that doing so does not infringe anyone else's rights or breach an obligation you owe to someone else, including confidentiality obligations to a client or employer.
You are also responsible for reviewing what Emmerai produces before you rely on it, share it or send it to a third party.
Emmerai uses artificial intelligence to help you think through a project and to draft documents. AI-generated output can be incomplete or wrong, and it can be confidently wrong. It is a starting point for your judgment, not a substitute for it.
Emmerai does not guarantee that generated documents are accurate, suitable for a particular purpose, or appropriate to use without review. Do not rely on Emmerai for legal, financial or other professional advice.
Emmerai can help you think through what kind of creative or production partner a project needs, and can surface partners that may fit. Emmerai is not a party to any agreement you reach with a partner, does not perform the work, and does not guarantee the availability, quality or conduct of any partner.
Any engagement, contract, payment or other arrangement is between you and that partner directly.
You agree not to use Emmerai to:
Emmerai relies on third-party infrastructure and technology providers to operate. Where the product links to or works with a third-party service, that service is governed by its own terms, and Emmerai is not responsible for it.
Emmerai, including the platform, its software, design and brand, belongs to us. These terms do not transfer any of that to you beyond the right to use the service as described here.
Feedback you choose to send us about the product may be used to improve it, without obligation to you.
Emmerai is provided on an ongoing basis and is actively developed. Features may be added, changed or removed, and the service may be unavailable at times, whether for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
You can stop using Emmerai and close your account at any time.
We may suspend or end access to an account that breaches these terms, or where we are required to do so. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, such as those covering your content, intellectual property and disclaimers, will continue to apply.
Emmerai is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error free or secure, or that any output it produces will be accurate or suitable for your purposes.
These terms may be updated as the product develops. When they change in a way that materially affects your use of Emmerai, the updated terms will be made available here.
